Calculating Holiday Time

How to calculate your holiday time

If the employee has two prior biweekly pay cycles in current position, the holiday hours are based on pay status hours in the prior two biweekly cycles reported in TRS.

If employee doesn’t have two pay cycles in current position prior to the current reporting cycle in TRS, the holiday hours should be manually calculated by the payroll processor. Refer to Calculating Holiday Pay for instructions on how the hours should be calculated.
