UC Davis to Roll Out New Look for TRS

UC Davis is set to launch a fresh cosmetic upgrade for the Time Reporting System, or TRS, on October 17, 2024, making the user experience more accessible with a revamped interface. Don’t worry — the way you create, submit and approve timesheets will stay the same.

Overview

Based on user feedback, this upgrade focuses on improved accessibility and mobile optimization for a better user experience. While the new interface features an updated graphic style and layout, core processes in TRS remain unchanged.  

Training resources

Job guides with tips on the new layout are available for reference at TRS Training and in the UC Learning Center. Each guide is designed for a specific user role:

  • Biweekly-Paid Employees
  • Monthly-Paid Employees
  • Supervisors
  • Department Time Administrators, or DTAs

Note: This upgrade will not affect any other timekeeping systems at UC Davis.
