Important updates on services and deadlines

Update on Winter Quarter, 202501 Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Spring Quarter 2025 Registration begins on February 3, 2025.  Make sure to pay any outstanding balances including your Deferred Payment Plan final payment for Winter Quarter by February 15, 2025.  If you have a registration hold on your account, your ability to register will be suspended until your balance is paid in full.  To view your current holds, please visit https://myucdavis.ucdavis.edu.

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is February 27, 2025. Any Graduate Student with a balance after February 27, 2025, will be canceled from their future term. All registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
Office Hours and Online Resources

Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be closed Monday, February 17, 2025 in observance of the Presidents Holiday. We will return to the office on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.  

  • Our Office is open to the public Monday thru Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

  •   • You can login into MyBill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.
