Below are important service and deadline updates.

Fall Quarter 2026 Billing

  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  • Fall 2026 tuition and fees and authorized financial aid have been assessed. Please refer to the “Total Due” in your statement, as this is what you will owe for fall quarter. If you have a negative balance, you have a credit on your account, and you do not owe anything. If you have a positive balance, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, September 15, 2026, to avoid being dropped from your Fall Quarter Classes. Please note that for Financial Aid to fully disburse to your account on September 15, 2026, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units (waitlisted units do not count).  

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is November 12, 2026. Any Graduate Student with a balance after November 12, 2026, will be canceled from their future term.

  •   • You can log in to Aggie Bill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign up for direct deposit.
