The Super User cohort is a community of experts comprised of appointed individuals who serve as go-to resources for their unit’s transition to Aggie Enterprise.
Members of the Super Users cohort will have early exposure to the Aggie Enterprise system, participating in one, or more, of the Aggie Enterprise workstreams:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Supply Chain
- Finance, including the General Ledger (GL)
Super Users will leverage their knowledge of workflows and policies to support learning and adoption of the new system and processes.
Find your unit's Super User(s)
Responsibilities
- Understand present to future-state processes, assisting in the development of "As-is/ To-be" communications.
- Participate in upcoming Aggie Enterprise testing cycles.
- Review training materials prior to broader roll-out; support end user training efforts.

Serve as the front-line resource for their unit's Aggie Enterprise users (post go-live).

Members of the UC Davis community who are interested in viewing Super User materials are invited to explore the Super User Public Folder in Box. Content includes recordings of Super User sessions, as well as the test scripts Super Users follow to walk through various business processes.
