There are multiple training opportunities, both online and classroom, available to learn more about the various systems and services managed by Accounting & Financial Services (A&FS), including:
- Kuali Financial System (KFS)
- FIS Decision Support (DS)
- Ledger Review System (ALR and MLR)
- Payroll Personnel System (PPS)
- Purchasing Card
- Research Administration
- Time Reporting System (TRS)
- Travel and Entertainment
Before participating in a training class, we strongly recommend that you discuss your training plans with your supervisor so that you have an understanding of what training may best benefit you and your department.
Before attending any systems training, it is also advisable that you work with your supervisor to learn more about how you will be using the applicable system (e.g., document initiator, fiscal officer, supervisor, etc.) so that you can better apply the training to your specific business needs.
