Guidance on student accounts.
Student Accounting assists campus faculty, staff, and students in meeting their teaching, research, and operational needs by providing effective and efficient disbursement of student financial aid.
Spring 2024 tuition and fees have been assessed, and all authorized financial aid for the term should be credited to your UC Davis account. This appears as Estimated Aid on your statement and will be applied to your outstanding balance. If you have an Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, Friday, March 15, 2024, to avoid being dropped from your Spring Quarter Classes. For Financial Aid to fully disburse, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units (wait listed units do not count). Approved financial aid will be disbursed to your account on March 22, 2024, and Spring Quarter Refunds will be available for eligible students on March 28, 2024.
For Graduate Students ONLY, you have two important deadlines. If you have a balance due for Winter 2024 tuition and fees, you need to pay that balance by Thursday, February 29, 2024. Failure to pay your total balance due will cause you to have your Spring 2024 quarter registration canceled. Your Spring Final Fee Payment Deadline is May 23, 2024.
Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be closed Friday, March 29, 2024 in observance of the Cesar Chavez holiday.
